Flatbed Direct Printing

Flatbed direct printing allows for digital graphics to be printed directly onto virtually any flat panel surface. Flatbed printing is being used for applications including illuminated panels, directional signage, POS and trade show display systems and many more.

The process does away with specialist labor required when mounting graphic films and doesn’t have the large set up costs alternative processes like screen printing require.

Graphics can be printed onto profile cut panels, which can be mitre-cut, folded or curved, shape cut, canvas or fabric-wrapped, photo-mounted and fastened together with Velcro, hot-melt adhesive or magnetic strips, generating an endless array of design possibilities (see: Eco board).
